The large apartment "Casa 3" is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and is located in the beautiful agriturismo "Borgo Podernovo". It features 3 bedrooms with double beds, with the third bedroom located in the large converted attic of the former barn.
"Borgo Podernovo" can certainly be counted among the most beautiful agriturismos on Lake Bolsena. The origins of the country house date back to the early 1900s. The old storage rooms for hay and feed, as well as the stables for the animals, have been painstakingly and lovingly converted into a total of 11 beautiful apartments.
Perched on the hills of the volcanic lake, this country house overlooks Lake Bolsena - a dreamy panorama!
For refreshing enjoyment during the summer months, the large saltwater pool (5 x 18 m) provides pleasant relief.
The agriturismo also includes a private plot directly on the lake with a beach: this area has been equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and is available for all guests to swim!
On the property, culture enthusiasts will also find a sculpture garden and a museum with antique agricultural tools. The estate offers a football field, billiard room, table tennis, playground, and volleyball court for both young and old.
