Poderaccio - Cerro Bolsena - Apartment

The Cerro is a 75 sq m apartment ideal for 2 adults and two children in the villa where there is another adjacent apartment for 8 people. Perfect for those who want a nice porch and garden at the right distance from the pool and the main building, but with an incredible view of the lake and excellent privacy.

Although screened by a lush jasmine, the Cerro's garden is shared with the adjacent apartment with which, moreover, it shares a huge barbecue that offers unforgettable grills.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven, fridge and all the utensils suitable for four guests. The large fireplace gives a special warmth to the living room.

In collaboration with Repower, we provide a charging station for electric bikes. We have also started to set up a workshop area for minor repairs and washing your e-bike.

But if you don't have your own bike, you can take advantage of our rental service, so you can explore the beauty of the surroundings and live unforgettable adventures without impacting the environment!

In the small restaurant of the agri-relais you can taste the fruits of the vegetable garden cared for by Nadia and Aruna. Almost 2000 sq m of land located along the northern edge of the farm: courgettes, aubergines, table and sauce tomatoes as well as fruit trees for delicious jams.

Thanks to Barbara's decade-long experience as our chef, we have chosen to present you with the products of our 'natural pantry' as an accompaniment to traditional land and lake dishes. Local cheeses and cold cuts are the protagonists of our delicious platters to be enjoyed with a drink or a good wine.

The best place to enjoy good food and good wine is our porch that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the lake.

At the entrance of the agriturismo we have installed a charging station for electric cars. Download the app and charge your electric car independently. We are a Repower Charging Net stop, all the kWh delivered are covered by Guarantee of Origin, certificates issued by the Energy Services Manager (GSE). An important prerequisite for those who choose to travel by electric car!

At the Relais we like to tell how beautiful and full of treasures our area is, but our certified guides who accompany Italian and foreign tourists on really interesting itineraries do it better than us!

From visits to the archaeological areas of Vulci and Tarquinia, passing through the medieval villages of Bolsena, Viterbo, Vitorchiano and the Renaissance gardens of Villa Lante, Caprarola and Vignanello. But also tours of ghost towns or the parks of Bomarzo and Capalbio. And brand new: the cruise on the Bisentina island, open to the public only a few months ago!
