The holiday house “Fenile” is part of a wonderful farmhouse with an amazing panoramic view over Lake Bolsena. Right in front of the house there is a big pool and there is a private well-groomed beach only 800 meters away, with deckchairs and beach umbrellas for guests and shady trees.
The house is equipped with all comforts, has a bedroom, a bathroom, an open space with dining room, living room and kitchen, and a covered terrace where you can spend pleasant evenings.
The farm house is completely surrounded by the unspoiled nature, not far from the shore of Lake Bolsena. An oasis of peace and tranquility where you can rediscover your relationship to the earth, the animals, and the countryside life.
It welcomes its guests in a property of 9 hectares with a finely restored farmhouse and several outbuildings. It can boast a unique position thanks to the wonderful panoramic view over Lake Bolsena and its proximity to it.
In the garden there is a playground area with a swing, a slide, a tennis table and much more where children can play and have fun, while mum and dad are relaxing on the terrace or playing bocce.
The wonderful climate of this area makes the farmhouse the ideal place for a wellness holiday for families with children and teenagers, but also for older people interested in nature and history.
The name of this place is “Rentica” and it derives from the name of an Etruscan king, whose tomb has not been found until today.

Die Ferienanlage ist geschmackvoll angelegt und sehr gepflegt, der Pool immer sauber und die Eigentümer herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber geputzt. Die Terrasse zu jeder Tageszeit eine Freude da man auch bei höheren Temperaturen im Ssee more
Die Ferienanlage ist geschmackvoll angelegt und sehr gepflegt, der Pool immer sauber und die Eigentümer herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber geputzt. Die Terrasse zu jeder Tageszeit eine Freude da man auch bei höheren Temperaturen im Schatten sitzt und zum Pool sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.
