Independent and fenced 80 sq m farmhouse consisting of a splendid living room with a large equipped kitchen and fireplace, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room. 300 m from the main building, perfect for those who want privacy and travel with their four-legged friend as it is all fenced!

The kitchen is in country style and is fully equipped with oven, fridge and all the utensils suitable for four guests. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large fireplace gives a special warmth to the living room.

The private above-ground pool is a real delight, especially when combined with a nice barbecue in the stone-built barbecue. The panoramic porch where you can enjoy the surrounding landscape and the lake view is splendid.

Near the house you will find in the Poderaccio:
In collaboration with Repower, we provide a charging station for electric bikes. We have also started to set up a workshop area for minor repairs and washing your e-bike.

But if you don't have your own bike, you can take advantage of our rental service, so you can explore the beauty of the surroundings and live unforgettable adventures without impacting the environment!

In the small restaurant of the agri-relais you can taste the fruits of the vegetable garden cared for by Nadia and Aruna. Almost 2000 sq m of land located along the northern edge of the farm: courgettes, aubergines, table and sauce tomatoes as well as fruit trees for delicious jams.

Thanks to Barbara's decade-long experience as our cook, we have chosen to present you with the products of our 'natural pantry' as an accompaniment to traditional land and lake dishes. Local cheeses and cold cuts are the protagonists of our delicious platters to be enjoyed with a drink or a good wine.

The best place to enjoy good food and good wine is our porch, which offers a splendid view of the lake.

At the entrance of the agriturismo we have installed a charging station for electric cars. Download the app and charge your electric car independently. We are a Repower Charging Net stop, all the kWh delivered are covered by Guarantee of Origin, certificates issued by the Energy Services Manager (GSE). An important prerequisite for those who choose to travel by electric car!

At the Relais we are keen to tell you how beautiful and full of treasures our area is, but our certified guides who accompany Italian and foreign tourists on really interesting itineraries do it better than us!

From visits to the archaeological areas of Vulci and Tarquinia, passing through the medieval villages of Bolsena, Viterbo, Vitorchiano and the Renaissance gardens of Villa Lante, Caprarola and Vignanello. But also tours of ghost towns or the parks of Bomarzo and Capalbio. And a brand new edition: the cruise on the Bisentina island, open to the public for a few months!
